Simple chicken gravy 

Ingredients
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder - foot spoon
Cumin powder - half spoon
Jasmine powder - 2 spoon
Separate chilli powder - one and a half spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 spoon
Curd - 200 gram
Big onion - 3
Stripe, clove, cardamom - a little bit
Ginger garlic paste - one and a half spoon
Tomato - 1
Karam masala powder - half spoon
Cooking oil - 5 spoon
Salt - enough

Put chicken turmeric powder and wash it well.

Cut the big onion very thick.

Put tomatoes in a mixi jar and grind.

Put chicken in a bowl and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, curd, enough salt and soak it for half an hour.

Then put pan in the oven with stripe, cloves, cardamom and chopped onions and saute for a minute, and saute with ginger garlic paste.

Once the ginger and garlic is gone, mix tomatoes and sautéed chicken and sautéed for a minute.

Then add hand masala powder to go green smell and add a tumbler of water and mix well.

As soon as the chicken gravy starts boiling, cover the pan and put the oven in the sim for 10 minutes.
